Therefore, unless a contractor has its own Code of Business Conduct and provided it to us, we expect them to aspire to conduct business in a manner consistent with the NiSource Code of Busines Conduct.

When determining whether to award work or services, NiSource will consider a contractor's ability to consistently act in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct.
