NiSource Code of Business Conduct
We believe that good, ethical business conduct is the foundation of our workplace and key to maintaining a positive reputation with our customers, vendors and regulators. Our reputation is based not only on our integrity, but also on the integrity of our suppliers. Therefore, unless a contractor has its own Code of Business Conduct and provided it to us, we expect them to aspire to conduct business in a manner consistent with the NiSource Code of Busines Conduct.
When determining whether to award work or services, NiSource will consider a contractor's ability to consistently act in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct.
