Kim Cuccia is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for NiSource Inc. and a member of the executive leadership team. She provides leadership and oversight for all legal and compliance functions, including ethics, business continuity, and records management at NiSource.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Since joining NiSource in 2008, Cuccia has held positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as chief counsel for all Columbia Gas Companies and leading the company’s safety management system (SMS) deployment. Other previous roles include Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Legal Regulatory at NiSource, and General Counsel for Columbia Gas of Massachusetts.

BOARD AND CIVIC INVOLVEMENT
Cuccia chairs the Executive Legal Committee for the American Gas Association and serves on various bar associations. She joined the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity in 2021 and serves on Ohio Health’s Grant Hospital Foundation Board

EDUCATION
Cuccia earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and juris doctorate from Valparaiso University.
