(NYSE: NI) today announced, on a GAAP basis, net income available to common shareholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 of $129.5 million, or $0.27 of earnings per diluted share, compared to net income available to common shareholders of $94.7 million, or $0.20 of earnings per diluted share, for the same period of 2025.

NIPSCO to deliver $57.5 million in savings to electric customers from data center development
MERRILLVILLE, Ind. – NiSource Inc. (NYSE: NI) today announced that it will deliver $57.5 million in savings to its existing electric customers generated through data center development. Subject to regulatory approval, the average residential electric customer is expected to receive a monthly bill credit of approximately $5 for 18 months, beginning approximately 30 days after approval.

(NYSE: NI) today announced, on a GAAP basis, net income available to common shareholders for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 of $129.5 million, or $0.27 of earnings per diluted share, compared to net income available to common shareholders of $94.7 million, or $0.20 of earnings per diluted share, for the same period of 2025. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, on a GAAP basis, NiSource's net income available to common shareholders was $685.7 million, or $1.42 of diluted earnings per share, compared to net income available to common shareholders of $671.7 million, or $1.42 of diluted earnings per share, for the same period of 2025.

(NYSE: NI) today announced, on a GAAP basis, net income available to common shareholders for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 of $45.5 million, or $0.09 of earnings per diluted share, compared to net income available to common shareholders of $102.2 million, or $0.22 of earnings per diluted share, for the same period of 2025. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, on a GAAP basis, NiSource's net income available to common shareholders was $556.2 million, or $1.15 diluted earnings per share, compared to net income available to common shareholders of $577.0 million, or $1.22 diluted earnings per share, for the same period of 2025.
