On Feb. 11, Columbia Pipeline Partners (a NiSource company) announced the closing of its initial public offering of 46,811,398 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership at $23.00 per common unit. In addition to the common units issued at closing, 7,021,709 common units were issued pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional common units at the initial public offering price.
Columbia Pipeline Group is expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: CPGX) and will include Columbia Pipeline Partners, Columbia Gas Transmission, Columbia Gulf Transmission, Columbia Midstream Group (formerly NiSource Midstream Services) and other current NiSource natural gas pipeline, storage and midstream holdings.
