Today, I want to recognize our natural gas employees. The people who show up every day to serve their communities and keep energy flowing safely.
Because of you, families can heat their homes and businesses can open their doors. That kind of reliability doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from preparation, discipline and looking out for one another, often in tough conditions and without much recognition.
Safety isn’t a slogan here. It’s a responsibility you carry every day. I see it in the way you maintain our systems, respond when customers need us, and take seriously the trust placed in you. Your work also helps keep energy reliable and affordable for the people who count on us, especially when it matters most.
